Description

The ROX® Vulture 200 Electric Scarifier is a professional concrete surface preparation machine designed for scarifying, scabbling, milling and profiling concrete floors. Its 200 mm working width and 2.2 kW single-phase electric motor make it suitable for small to medium-sized flooring projects.

The Vulture 200 removes and profiles the surface of concrete to create a mechanically prepared substrate for overlays, epoxy screeds and urethane flooring systems. It can also be used to remove unwanted coatings and materials including epoxy, urethane, asphalt, tar and paint.

What Is a Concrete Scarifier?

A concrete scarifier is a mechanical floor preparation machine used to remove, roughen, profile or level the surface of concrete and other hard substrates.

Unlike a conventional floor grinder, which generally uses rotating diamond tooling to grind the surface, a scarifier uses a rotating drum fitted with cutters, flails or other cutting tools to mechanically impact and remove material from the substrate.
